Q-Why should I spend money on termites if I don't have a problem?

A- There are many reasons. First, most homeowners don't even know their house in infested until it's too late. Termites are subterranean, meaning it's very hard to know of their presence, unless you experience a swarm or see damage.  Proactive prevention not only gives you peace of mind, but compared to a curative solution, it's extremely inexpensive. This also saves you money in construction repairs, which homeowner's insurance generally does not cover.

How much does this cost?
